End of Golf Swing on ReformerGolf and Pilates are both mind-body activities.  As most golfers know the sport may look easy, but it requires muscular strength, joint flexibility, neuromuscular training the perfect balance between mobility and stability.  Golfing requires concentration and control which are also principles of Pilates.  Many golfers suffer from back pain because while playing golf they use muscles not used in day to day life.

Our Golf Conditioning session is designed to improve body alignment, core strength, joint and spinal flexibility, shoulder rotation, arm, wrist and hand strengthening, weight transference, stability and balance.  We are excited to use the latest Pilates Reformer designed to simulate the golf swing with resistance.
