As indicated by its name, Boot Camp, is an intensive Pilates exercise program.  It emphasizes form and control as does all Pilates training, but it also includes cardiovascular elements to challenge the participant.

The participant goes to various stations to work different parts of the body and body muscles.  The movement to these various stations is done quickly.  Additionally, throughout the program, cardiovascular exercises are included, intensifying the demands on the client.  Because of the intensity of this program, only people without significant physical issues should consider this program.  Anyone participating in this form of Pilates must be approved and referred by a Pilates Station Trainer. 

It is designed to be challenging and fun.  The motto of the program is “It’s not slop-it’s Pilates!”.
