Life is your resume and Connie has certainly had one. A native of Tucson, Arizona she has grown along with Tucson; adapting to whatever comes her way. She worked for Pima County Sheriff’s Office and Arizona Department of Public Safety as a police dispatcher/supervisor for a decade and then moved on to customer service with American Airlines for over 21 years. Fitness has always been important in her life, but never more when she suffered a herniated disc in her neck. Following her doctor’s advice she began practicing Pilates over eight years ago and discovered the best form of exercise that can benefit anyone. She has managed her neck injury with Pilates and feels compelled to share the Pilates Method of exercise with anyone willing to try.
She was certified in Mat and Equipment Pilates by The Arizona Pilates Academy in 2008 and instructed for the Academy until opening The Pilates Station in 2012. She is certified by the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
